FANDANGO

FORMAT: BLU-RAY
HOSTED BY: GREG

It's 1971, graduation is looming, and five University of Texas friends decide that before adulthood, responsibility, and the Vietnam War catch up with them, there's time for one last glorious act of irresponsibility: a road trip across Texas to the Mexican border.

Kevin Reynolds' criminally underappreciated debut feature is a funny, wistful, beautifully sunbaked ode to friendship and the terrifying business of growing up. With a young Kevin Costner leading the charge, FANDANGO captures that fleeting moment when the whole world still seems possible, even as the future comes rushing toward you. Gas up the Cadillac. We're going digging for Dom.
